Tastes of Chicago, an e-commerce food service, needed greater insight into its digital display advertising and to move beyond reliance on third-party cookie tracking, especially with nearly half of its audience using Safari and Firefox browsers. To address this challenge, the company partnered with Adform and its managed service team.
Adform implemented its ID Fusion solution, which acted as a universal translator for multiple first-party IDs. This allowed Tastes of Chicago to identify Safari users, apply frequency caps, and optimize its campaigns. As a result, Adform helped Tastes of Chicago achieve a lower effective cost-per-acquisition, a higher return-on-ad-spend, and significant efficiencies from its digital display investment.
