QNB boosts CTR and VCR with Adform

QNB, a Turkey-based bank, partnered with Adform to launch a new card design across multiple digital channels. Their challenge was to maximize reach and visibility while avoiding wasted budget from audience overlap across web, CTV, and programmatic placements, which risked raising frequency and fragmenting measurement.

Adform implemented a solution using its ID Fusion and Audience Manager products to deduplicate users and manage frequency cross-channel. They built lookalike audiences that were re-engaged with a frequency cap, excluding users who hit the exposure limit. This approach resulted in a higher click-through rate for LAL banner line items and a higher video completion rate for LAL video line items, allowing QNB to grow the campaign efficiently and achieve greater reach without waste.
