BMW South Africa boosts CTR with Adform DOOH and mobile cross-media campaign

BMW South Africa, an existing Adform customer, wanted to increase website visits and brand awareness for its new BMW 4 Series launch. The challenge was to translate the high-impact awareness generated by digital-out-of-home (DOOH) advertising into measurable online actions, as DOOH screens themselves are non-clickable environments.

Adform implemented a cross-media solution using its FLOW platform's programmatic DOOH and hyperlocal geo-fencing capabilities. This allowed BMW to display video ads on roadside screens and then target users on their mobile devices via GPS in those same prime locations. The campaign resulted in a significantly higher click-through rate in areas where the DOOH and mobile campaigns ran in conjunction, demonstrating a measurable increase in engagement directly attributable to Adform's strategy.
