Adexa helped Integrated Device Technology (now Renesas), a global digital media products manufacturer with 2,400 employees and operations across 50+ countries, address an overwhelmingly complex supply chain covering more than 1,300 products in 15,000 configurations. The company needed faster, more flexible planning and better real-time collaboration than its existing Blue Yonder system could provide.

Adexa implemented collaborative demand planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, supply chain and plant planning, S&OP with collaborative operational planning, and available-to-promise/order fulfillment capabilities, with real-time integration to ERP and homegrown systems. The new solution enabled secure collaboration, more accurate plans and commitments, and much faster execution, replacing a system that took almost a day to run and helping Renesas America achieve higher customer service and much lower operations costs for more than a decade.
