Adexa, Inc. worked with CNH, one of the top 3 global manufacturers of agricultural tractors, combines, and construction equipment in the USA and Europe. CNH needed better collaboration with dealers to reduce inventory, improve global materials visibility and placement, optimize capacity utilization and scheduling, and respond more quickly to customer needs.

Adexa implemented S&OP and S&OE with real-time ATP/CTP, including strategic planning and sourcing optimization, supply chain planning, demand planning, factory planning and sequencing, and real-time dealer-to-manufacturer configuration. The result was lower inventory, improved asset utilization, and faster customer response with online real-time handling of dealer orders and customer configuration requirements.
