Adestra helped Serious Sport combine data into an XML-powered recommendations email featuring three tailored products with the customer’s club name and logo. The program delivered strong results, including a 59% average open rate, a 9% average click-to-sale rate, and an average order value of £55, representing a 146% uplift on their campaign average.
