The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) needed to streamline email communications across teams, deliver more relevant content to subscribers, and maintain consistent branding and tone. Before working with Adestra, emails were being sent in silos with little visibility into what audiences received, creating an inefficient and confusing experience.
Adestra helped RIBA centralize its email program by building a preference center and a modular, conditional-content email template, along with a refreshed eNews design optimized for mobile and aligned to brand guidelines. The results included a 73% increase in click-to-open rate, open rates rising from 26% to 29%, click rates improving from 3.7% to 6.4%, 25% of existing subscribers updating their preferences, and an estimated 50% reduction in workload.
