NakedWines.com, an online subscription wine retailer operating in the UK, US and Australia, wanted to extend its highly personalized customer experience into email while managing complex data and system integrations at scale. The company worked with Adestra to add tailored product recommendations to its email program and improve engagement, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.

Adestra supported the build of personalized recommendation emails using an XML feed, automated campaigns, and dynamic content based on customer data.
