Lifecycle optimization drives revenue uplift for multi-channel retailer Ardington

Ardington Ltd., the parent company behind Pia Jewellery, Museum Selection and Culture Vulture Direct, wanted to improve customer loyalty, engagement and revenue across its multi-channel retail brands. Using Adestra’s Automation Program Builder, Ardington found that its lifecycle email programs were not fully optimized for different brand audiences and customer journeys, with some messages even arriving out of sequence.

With support from Adestra, Ardington reviewed the full customer lifecycle, refined segmentation, timing and content, and added new triggered journeys where needed. The changes delivered a better customer experience and stronger performance over six months, including a 65% average increase in email revenue and a 15% average uplift in conversion rates, with brand-level gains such as +80% revenue for Museum Selection and +91% for Culture Vulture.
