CoppaFeel, a UK charity focused on breast cancer awareness, needed to improve email deliverability for campaigns using bold, attention-grabbing copy, including words like “boobs.” Its untraditional tone of voice was important to its message, but it was causing spam-filter issues and limiting inbox placement.
