Informa Information Management Experts, part of Informa Business Information, wanted to shift its marketers away from a “load and blast” approach and toward a more strategic, integrated use of email. With six business units and differing needs, the team needed help making email marketing more relevant, targeted, and effective, so it turned to Adestra for consultancy and coaching.
Adestra delivered four days of on-site consultancy and coaching, including a plenary session and six tailored workshops using best-practice examples and real examples from each unit. The sessions were a success, helping attendees make practical changes based on Adestra’s recommendations, and Informa planned to roll out similar sessions in Singapore, Dubai, and Australia.
