Air Charter Service needed a better way to communicate complex cargo availability information to a multi-language audience through email. Adestra redesigned the email to reflect the new brand look, using a departures-board style on desktop and a touch-friendly interactive approach for mobile that did not require JavaScript. The result was a more engaging email experience that highlighted the call to action more effectively and improved cross-device compatibility, with the goal of increasing click-through.
