A Aderant Case Study
Parsons Behle & Latimer, a litigation-focused law firm with offices across the U.S. and work conducted at secure client sites, struggled with contemporaneous timekeeping because internet access was extremely limited. Attorneys were recording time in spreadsheets and documents that had to be manually sent back to the firm, creating data entry errors, delays, and lost or late time entries. Aderant’s iTimekeep was selected to give attorneys a simple way to enter time themselves on- and offsite.
Aderant implemented iTimekeep with launch communications and training support from its customer success team, helping the firm adopt the platform without disrupting access during a separate time and billing system change. The results were strong: Parsons increased active iTimekeep users by 114% and reduced timekeeping velocity from several days to less than one day, achieving true contemporaneous time entry.
