Lindquist & Vennum, PLLP, a midsize Midwest law firm with more than 200 attorneys, needed a financial management system that would be easy to integrate, simple for both front- and back-office users, and capable of supporting an electronic prebill review process. Aderant implemented Aderant Expert with Paperless Billing, enabling prebills to be drafted, routed, reviewed, and edited electronically with immediate visibility into changes and bill impact. The new process improved attorney self-service, sped up billing cycles, reduced back-and-forth between attorneys and the billing team, and lowered the amount of staff time needed for billing tasks, helping Lindquist & Vennum deliver bills and improve WIP-to-cash collection more quickly.
