Cole, Scott & Kissane Accelerated Rollout of iTimekeep During Global Pandemic Pays Off

Cole, Scott & Kissane (CSK), a modern law firm with nearly 500 attorneys across 13 offices, needed a way for timekeepers to enter time from anywhere at any time. After purchasing Aderant iTimekeep in December 2019, the firm’s original phased rollout plan was upended by the COVID-19 pandemic, forcing leadership to decide whether to pause, postpone, or accelerate deployment so attorneys could work remotely without relying on multiple timekeeping systems.

Aderant implemented an accelerated rollout of iTimekeep, a simple SaaS timekeeping solution that attorneys could access from any browser or device without VPN access. The rollout succeeded quickly, with users becoming proficient in about an hour and needing minimal training. As a result, CSK improved days to post by almost 45%—about five days—and reported stronger productivity and very few complaints during the transition.
