Tao Group partners with Zenreach to throttle customer data collection

Tao Group Hospitality, an upscale global restaurant and nightlife operator, faced a major data gap: customer information came only from websites and reservation systems, with little to no in-store capture to understand guests by location and brand. To address this, Adentro deployed its Walk-Through™ marketing solution beginning with a pilot at Tao’s Chicago location before the venue’s grand opening.

After the successful pilot, Adentro expanded the solution to 31 additional Tao venues across New York, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, growing monthly email captures from about 500–600 at the pilot site to roughly 16,000–18,000 unique contacts systemwide (>15,000 new contacts per month). The Adentro implementation also revealed cross-location visitation patterns, enabling Tao Group Hospitality to build a first-party customer database and launch targeted, cross-brand marketing campaigns with measurable reach.
