Apple Valley Mountain Village is a four-unit retail and dining complex near the Great Smoky Mountains that needed to segment, target, and attribute marketing performance for each individual business on a single shared lot (The Mountain Store, The General Store, Apple Valley Cafe, and The Dancing Bean). To solve this, Apple Valley partnered with Adentro to deploy its Walk-Through™ Marketing solution and POS data integration to distinguish patrons across the property and track which marketing drove revenue for each unit.
By integrating POS data into Adentro’s Walk-Through™ program, Apple Valley could link ad exposure to individual customer spend and even single ads. The results exceeded goals: a ROAS of $5.58 (about 5.6:1) during the slow season, nearly 20% higher average order value for customers exposed to ads, a retargeting cost-per-Walk-Through™ (CPWT) of $1.25 (over 50% below average), and a new customer CPWT of $5.73 (about 8% below average), demonstrating clear attribution and improved campaign efficiency for Adentro’s solution.
