Mooyah, a fast-casual burger chain with franchise locations in Wisconsin, needed a way to drive repeat visits, increase downloads of its customer rewards app, and manage online feedback — all while franchise owners had limited time to engage customers. They turned to Adentro and its WiFi marketing and reputation management platform to capture customer data, promote the app, and surface feedback at scale.

Adentro’s quick setup used in-store free WiFi and a branded login portal with a short survey to build a dynamic contact list and promote the Mooyah app, while its reputation tools encouraged positive reviews and routed complaints to staff. The results: nearly 5,000 contacts in five months (about 1,079 per month), an 87.5% survey completion rate, 86.3% of respondents initially without the rewards app (many of whom downloaded it), and 73 reviews with an average 4.7-star rating — all driven by Adentro’s solution.
