Dog Haus develops new brands, goes all-in on social during COVID-19 outbreak

Dog Haus, a fast-growing craft-casual restaurant group known for gourmet hot dogs and burgers, faced a sudden need to pivot its marketing during the COVID-19 outbreak to promote pick-up, delivery and new virtual-kitchen concepts. To rapidly refocus customer communication and ad spend, Dog Haus moved its social media advertising to Adentro and leaned on the vendor’s social ad campaign services.

Adentro refocused messaging and managed Dog Haus’s social ad campaigns, driving dramatic performance improvements: click-through rate jumped from 0.01% in February to 2.22% in April (over a 220x increase), cost per click fell from $0.33 to $0.28 (a 15.2% decrease), and these gains came with roughly half the impressions — helping many locations recover or exceed pre-COVID revenue.
