Adentro was engaged to solve this by deploying its WiFi-based email capture and automated marketing platform to seamlessly collect guest emails in exchange for free WiFi.
Adentro tied collected emails to device identifiers and launched automated campaigns, replacing manual efforts. The result: more than a 6x increase in emails collected versus the website, a 44% email open rate, nearly 900 automated messages sent, and a 36% Walk-Through Rate (over one-third of recipients returned within seven days) — significantly better open/click performance than prior ExactTarget campaigns.
