Leading Bookseller worked with Adelphic to address declining brick-and-mortar sales and prove that media could drive incremental store visits and purchases. Using Adelphic’s self-service omnichannel DSP, the bookseller aimed to increase foot traffic in stores and better understand the impact of media on in-person shopping behavior.

Adelphic ran two campaigns over three months across connected TV and online video, using targeting tactics such as keyword-based, purchased-based, geo-fenced, and audience-based methods. The campaign delivered 141 million impressions, reached 17 million households, and generated a 29% overall foot traffic lift and 33.6% lift in total sales, including a 51% in-store visitation lift from connected TV and $8.07 ROAS.
