Major Mobile Device Manufacturer wanted to run a cross-device campaign to promote a new smartphone model by targeting owners of older phones and competing device owners, while maintaining accurate reach and frequency across desktop and mobile. To do this, the company worked with Adelphic, using its self-service omnichannel DSP and device-ID-based audience targeting.
Adelphic used the Viant Total Graph and universal frequency capping to deliver deterministic targeting across devices and cap exposure at eight ads per person. The campaign generated almost 400 million impressions, drove 144,000 conversions to the landing page, and enabled real-time optimization that shifted budget toward mobile, which outperformed desktop; video ads also outperformed display 2:1 in conversion rate.
