A U.S. State Tourism Board worked with Adelphic to increase visits and overnight stays from out-of-state travelers arriving by car or plane, while also finding a way to measure campaign performance across channels. The board needed clearer insight into whether its omnichannel advertising was driving real-world travel behavior.

Adelphic supported the tourism board with an omnichannel campaign across programmatic linear TV, connected TV, online video, and display, using identity resolution, ACR data integrations, and Arrivist measurement to track impact. The campaign delivered a 1.5% lift in visits during the five-month flight and a 3.5% overall lift over an eight-month measurement window, with nearly half of exposed visitors arriving within 60 days.
