Flinders University faced the challenge of managing an overwhelming and continuously growing volume of paper-based student files from nearly 19,000 new annual enrolments. Their objective was to digitize these records and streamline document management. ADEC Preview Solutions modernized the university's filing procedures by digitizing over 18,400 student files, comprising more than 774,000 scanned images. These documents were indexed and then bulk imported into the university's HP TRIM document management system. A key result was the implementation of an on-demand request system where files were made available electronically within two hours.
