The challenge was to support each franchise with local brand awareness, day-to-day lead generation and management, plus reliable call handling while tracking multiple advertising channels, call recording, billing, routing and a single dashboard for users.
Addsource implemented a validated call-handling and multi-channel tracking solution: all local numbers route to a single call centre, calls over 60 seconds are validated and billed at $2 per valid call, each franchise was assigned 10–15 tracking numbers for channels like Google, Bing, Facebook and Yelp, and three support lines were created for accounting, support and emergencies.
