Addepto worked with a mobile gaming company that was generating terabytes of player and transaction data from more than 120,000 new users a month across multiple acquisition channels. The company needed a scalable way to analyze gameplay and marketing data to improve retention, identify likely purchasers, reduce acquisition waste, and understand player behavior across its games.

Addepto built a data lake and data warehouse foundation, then added machine learning models for fraud detection, customer lifetime value prediction, churn prediction, and personalized recommendations, all connected to BI and marketing systems. The solution automated reporting and targeting with no human intervention and helped increase user LTV, in-app purchases, and retention, with reported retention growth of 20.8% after 1 week, 26.8% after 2 weeks, and 30.8% after 4 weeks.
