How FixjeiPhone increased the net margin from Google Shopping campaigns by 96%

FixjeiPhone, the largest repair website in the Benelux, worked with Adchieve to manage Google Shopping campaigns. After initially optimizing for turnover and ROAS, the company wanted more insight and control so it could focus on maximizing net margin while still protecting revenue.

Adchieve implemented its Supreme Shopping solution, combining ERP and Google Analytics data to calculate margin per order and net margin per campaign, then used an algorithm to optimize bids toward the highest possible net margin. Since the bid management ran from January 2020, FixjeiPhone increased net margin by 29% in Q1 2020 versus Q4 2019 and by another 26% in Q2 2020 versus Q1, with the case study reporting overall growth of 96% compared to the previous six months and nearly 3000% versus the same period a year earlier.
