Hornbach, the well-known building materials retailer, wanted to better support its interconnected retail strategy and make more of its large, varied assortment visible both online and in-store. To do this, it worked with Adchieve, using Google Shopping Local Inventory Ads and Pickup Today features alongside Adchieve’s search automation and feed-management expertise.

Adchieve helped Hornbach set up and manage the complex product and store inventory feeds needed for Local Inventory Ads, including support for Pickup Today and local store pre-selection. The results were strong: cost per store visit was about 50% lower than with regular Shopping Ads, cost per online conversion was 71% lower, and the conversion value per euro invested was 3x higher.
