Adastra assisted Philip Morris CZ&SK, a branch of Philip Morris International operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which was facing a significant manual data burden. The client's challenge was consolidating over 40 Excel files manually each month, a process that consumed hundreds of man-days and hindered their business intelligence capabilities.

The solution implemented by Adastra involved data integration and Power BI reporting services to automate the client's manual processes. Adastra developed a Web Upload application to unify and automate data transfers and redesigned over 12 Power BI reports while newly developing 10 more. This eliminated excessive manual jobs, provided a single source of truth, and saved the client hundreds of man-days per year, allowing employees to focus on higher-value tasks.
