MONETA Money Bank, one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic, faced a significant challenge following its acquisition of Wüstenrot's building and mortgage banking entities. The bank needed to consolidate regulatory reporting for the entire group to the CNB within a strict, one-year timeframe, which involved integrating new product types and merging complex IT ecosystems. MONETA entrusted this data integration and data warehouse modernization project to its long-term partner, Adastra.

Adastra integrated all necessary customer and product data from Wüstenrot's systems into MONETA's data platform to create a consolidated data warehouse. As a result of this solution implemented by Adastra, the first consolidated regulatory report was successfully delivered to the CNB within just 10 months of the project's start, meeting the critical deadline.
