Czech Statistical Office improves the Business Register for 7,000 users with Adastra

The Czech Statistical Office (CZSO) needed to develop a new information system infrastructure for its Business Register, one of the Czech Republic's four basic registers. Adastra served as the system integrator for this large-scale project, which required coordinating multiple authorities and suppliers to build the register and ensure high availability.

Adastra coordinated the entire project, including construction, data preparation from over 50 source systems using Ataccama for data cleansing, and integration with other registers. The result was a unified system containing over 3 million business subjects. This allows legal entities to notify the administration of a change only once, significantly increasing efficiency. Adastra's work was recognized as the "IT Project of the Year for 2012," and they continue to maintain and develop the system.
