The customer ČSOB, a major commercial bank in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, needed to make its planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes more efficient and transparent. To address this challenge, they partnered with vendor Adastra for an implementation of IBM Planning Analytics.

Adastra implemented the IBM Planning Analytics platform in close collaboration with ČSOB's internal team, creating a user-friendly solution that significantly accelerated the planning process. The key results included the automation of routine operations, better control over inputs, and the elimination of disparate Excel spreadsheets. Most notably, ČSOB's personnel were fully trained to operate the solution independently, and they have been successfully using and maintaining the platform on their own for five years.
