The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) wanted to raise awareness of Latvia as a travel destination and inspire more people to visit, while driving highly qualified traffic to its educational and inspirational website. To reach in-market travelers efficiently across key origin markets such as the UK, Germany, and nearby European countries, LIAA partnered with ADARA, Inc and used its travel data and campaign delivery capabilities.

ADARA, Inc implemented a geo-targeted campaign using display, pre-roll video, and social media, powered by ADARA’s Magellan travel intelligence platform and access to in-market travelers from its travel partner network. The campaign exceeded the 0.1% CTR goal by 110%, delivering a 0.21% CTR and 21,032 clicks, with especially strong results in Germany (0.41%, +310%) and the UK (0.32%, +220%).
