Government Agency Minimizes Risk of Conversion Project with NetCOBOL

The Washington State Department of Licensing (WADOL) faced the challenge of modernizing its critical operations, which relied on 1.5 million lines of aging COBOL code on a costly and inflexible mainframe system.
