Adaptavist redesigned the peer-review process using Atlassian Crucible, simplifying approvals and making reviews lighter and faster to reduce clutter and overhead. The new approach is rolling out to more than 5,500 users and is expected to cut cycle time and effort dramatically while improving data visibility and supporting collaboration across three continents. Adaptavist also mentored the customer on Agile and Atlassian practices, helping them become more self-sufficient and building a trusted long-term partnership.
