Leading Transportation Company, a major international transportation business operating in 200 cities, needed a modern internal information platform to support training, onboarding, communication, and knowledge sharing for its fast-growing global workforce. Adaptavist implemented and customized Confluence with integrations for LDAP, Workday, and LMS tools, plus granular permissions, hierarchical content structures, page tagging, content flagging, and approval-based publishing workflows. Adaptavist also added design tools to match the brand, enabled easier content creation, and helped the client improve sprint visibility with a plugin that forecasted backlog delivery and release timelines. The result was a more scalable, compliant, and collaborative platform that better supported the company’s internal operations.
