Wilson Parking launches Shuffle in under ten months with Adapptor

Wilson Parking, a parking management company, partnered with technology vendor Adapptor to address the challenge of evolving commuter habits and the need for businesses to optimize their staff parking assets. Their goal was to develop a flexible new service called Shuffle to simplify how companies manage and allocate parking for their employees.

Adapptor developed the Shuffle app frontend using React Native, working in parallel with other partners building the API and platform. The solution included a staff app for managing bookings and a Bluetooth-enabled system for contactless gate access, with a QR code fallback. The app also featured dynamic branding and offline functionality. Adapptor's collaborative approach and use of OpenAPI tooling helped achieve a go-live in under ten months, successfully delivering a smart parking solution that provides businesses with greater flexibility and a seamless user experience for their staff.
