Gardner Business Media, led in part by Bill Caldwell, faced a sales enablement challenge: their reps needed a way to present rich, multi‑page proposals remotely and avoid the friction of sending large email attachments. To address this, Gardner turned to Ad Orbit and adopted MagHub to help the sales team tell a more compelling story without being in the room.

Ad Orbit implemented MagHub’s Proposal Module — integrated with the Order Management System and including digital signatures — so reps can send a single client‑center link to view 10–30 page proposals, pitch more effectively, and convert orders faster. Gardner has used MagHub since 2017 and continues to add modules, streamlining workflows, removing attachment barriers, and simplifying the path from proposal to signed order.
