Nestlé faced the challenge of delivering a complex promotional campaign with numerous different offers across markets and stores. To manage this at scale they partnered with Ad-Lib.io, using the Ad‑Lib tool to centralize creative production and localize ads across many locations.

Ad-Lib.io implemented a dynamic shell that rotated 24 creative variations in six sizes while plugging in 371 store locations to create localised shopper experiences, producing, optimizing and amending creative in flight to avoid campaign downtime. The solution included experiments with in‑banner video to boost engagement and conversions, delivering measurable scale (371 dynamic store locations) and improved campaign performance.
