The client, the second largest fire and rescue service provider in a metropolitan county in England, was facing significant inefficiencies. They relied on a fragmented system of Alfresco and File Shares, resulting in chaotic management, high costs for multiple licenses, and slow processes due to a lack of a centralized platform. The challenge involved migrating over 90 GB of data while also needing to train their 2000+ employees on a new system and establish new governing guidelines.
