Tayse Rugs, a rapidly growing Calhoun, GA-based wholesaler of machine-made rugs and furniture selling to big-box and e-commerce retailers, faced scaling challenges as order volumes exploded and QuickBooks Enterprise became a bottleneck. Complex, customer-specific EDI requirements and manual import/export processes were time-consuming, error-prone, and threatened to slow expansion and fulfillment as the business moved into much larger warehouse space.
