Superprem Industries, a Canadian wholesale distributor of sinks and plumbing fixtures headquartered in Richmond, faced operational strain from four unconnected Sage databases. The fragmented system caused inaccurate inventory, time-consuming manual data entry, limited concurrent users, slow commission calculations, and poor visibility across locations—issues that constrained growth and expansion plans.

To address this, Superprem implemented Acumatica’s cloud ERP (Financials, Distribution and Intercompany) with partners including The Answer Co., EazyStock and Scanco WMS. The unified platform delivered real-time inventory and consolidated reporting, mobile access to customer and financial data, and automated intercompany transactions. Results included a drop in commission processing from eight hours to 1.5 hours, inventory transfer times from hours to minutes, improved company-wide communication, and a 12% year-over-year sales increase in the recent six months.
