Hedstrom Fitness, the sole licensor and distributor of BOSU-branded fitness products, was spun out of Hedstrom Plastics and faced operational strain using an outdated Macola system. With about 50 employees in Ashland, Ohio, the company struggled with manual processes, poor inventory visibility, slow reporting, and reliance on a 3PL for fulfillment that delayed shipping and increased out-of-stock risk.
