Biopelle, a Ferndale, MI–based aesthetic skin care company selling to doctors, clinics and spas, faced fragmented systems and manual processes: SagePro 100 for finance and Act! for sales left forecasting and bills of materials error-prone, reporting done in Excel, and outside reps without timely access to customer or order data. When Sage announced end-of-support, the finance director looked for an ERP to integrate systems, improve inventory planning, and give the mobile sales team up-to-date information.
