Saddleback Leather, a Fort Worth–based maker of premium leather goods with manufacturing in Leon, Mexico, was held back by Oracle NetSuite: the platform required a 14-person development team, produced very slow page loads and poor SEO, and couldn’t reliably connect to their storefront or enable basic ecommerce features like reviews and landing pages—costing traffic and sales.
