Lifeway Mobility, a growing supplier of ramps, stairlifts, wheelchair lifts and other accessibility solutions with seven U.S. offices, struggled to scale after multiple acquisitions because each location used different, disconnected systems (QuickBooks, mixed CRMs, separate order and scheduling tools).
