The unified, mobile-enabled system gave the firm a single source of truth, seamless time & expense integration, and project-level P&L visibility, while cutting technology costs by about 50% and reducing time spent on accounting tasks dramatically (from ~20 to ~2 hours weekly), enabling faster invoicing, better cash flow and scalable growth.
