HAI Group teams with Acumatica to empower public housing agencies, cuts implementation time in half

HAI Group, a Connecticut-based provider of insurance, training, and software for public and affordable housing agencies, needed a comprehensive, easy-to-use system to manage properties, clients, and financials. After surveying members and convening a charter group of housing agencies to define requirements, HAI’s software division (HSS) set out to solve widespread problems with system integration, reporting, and long learning curves.

HSS selected the Acumatica Cloud xRP Platform and launched HousingHub® with integrated finance in April 2015, after signing in December 2013 — an implementation HSS says would have taken roughly twice as long on another platform. The Acumatica-based solution delivered scalable pricing, simple customization, strong web-service integration, improved ad hoc and standard reporting (including dual chart-of-accounts support), and a flexible roadmap for expanding services to a growing and diverse customer base.
