Fruit tree nursery switches to Acumatica from Dynamics GP for better integration of accounting and inventory

C&O Nursery is a fourth-generation fruit tree grower in Wenatchee, WA, with about 36 full-time and 350 seasonal employees and annual revenue of $12–15M. The company was running Microsoft Dynamics GP alongside an outdated Access-based inventory system that couldn’t be integrated or easily customized, leaving accounting and inventory data fragmented and limiting remote access.

C&O implemented Acumatica (on-premises perpetual license) with Financial and Distribution Management Suites, going live with financials in October 2013 and distribution in February 2014. The all-in-one, browser-based system unified accounting and inventory, provided detailed real-time data and 24/7 remote access, streamlined finance processes, and set the stage for mobile access for field crews and sales reps.
