The Learning Lab is a leading Singapore education center serving over 12,000 students with ~500 staff. It operated on a patchwork of legacy and custom systems—an old Microsoft Dynamics ledger, separate billing, CRM, attendance and scheduling tools—which created data silos, manual duplicate entry, limited access controls and poor visibility into revenue by center, blocking growth and efficient financial governance.
